Sime Darby calls pitch

KUALA LUMPUR - Sime Darby, the Malaysian conglomerate with interests in the plantation, property, motors, utilities and industrial sectors, has called a three-way pitch involving Publicis, Dentsu and McCann Erickson.

It is reportedly looking for an agency to handle three projects.

According to sources close to the account, Sime Darby works with different agencies on a project basis. McCann Erickson is currently handling the company’s corporate account while Publicis takes care of some property projects.

Sime Darby Property recently announced the masterplan for Sime Darby Vision Valley (SDVV) a multi-billion ringgit integrated property development spanning 80,000 acres across the states of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
