Singapore Silversea and Orient-Express Trains and Cruises have joined forces to offer land and sea programmes in Asia this year. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the Eastern and Orient-Express either pre-or post-cruise. In March, April and November, Silversea will be operating four seven- and 14-day cruises out of Singapore. Guests can add on a five-or six-night package, incorporating two nights on the express and stays in either Singapore or Bangkok. Prices for a seven-day sailing, two nights on the luxury train and three nights at the Shangri-La Hotel in Bangkok start at US$5,196 per person. Savings of up to 50 per cent are available on selected cruises. Also available is Silversea's Silver Sights Programme, where guests have the flexibility of designing their own excursions at their own pace. Three nights in a deluxe hotel, an escorted half-day tour, transfers, porterage and breakfast are inclusive.
