According to a briefing document sent to agencies, RWS is looking for an agency to develop its brand identity and above- and below-the-line communications. Proposals are due on 26 April.
Sources close to the pitch have estimated the account at $70million over the next three years. RWS is expected to be operational by 2015 and generate over 10 million tourists and $15billion in tourism receipts.
Key attractions in the S$5.2billion investment include Universal Studios and Quest Marine Life Park.
