Senior duo resign from Ogilvy roles

SINGAPORE - Ogilvy & Mather Asia-Pacific regional creative partners Gary Tranter and Matt Cullen have resigned from their posts after a six-year stint with the network.

The Australian duo’s duties will be absorbed by Ogilvy’s regional creative teams in Singapore and Tokyo under the guidance of Ogilvy Asia-Pacific’s regional creative director and co-chairman Tham Khai Meng (pictured).

Tham commented: “Matt and Gary are a great team, and some of the nicest blokes you’ll ever meet in the industry. We’ve worked together for many years at Batey Ads and I brought them to Ogilvy for this gig. They should take a well earned break, go walkabout and smell some flowers. But the lads will be back in a different capacity.”

Tranter and Cullen have produced work for the likes of DHL, Coca-Cola and Greenpeace.
Tham added that Ogilvy has signed two senior creatives to add to the regional team.
