Seet was head of design at BBH, where he had experience working on Unilever. He will report to Lowe's regional ECD, Paul Grubb (pictured).
Grubb said: "What I like about Edmund is that he's multi-faceted in his approach, and can turn his hand to many media. I didn't hire him for his concepts or ideas, as I would a classic art director. He's a designer rather than a 'small logo in the bottom right corner of the page' art director. He's good at making things look good."
Seet will work on brands including Rexona deodorant, Omo detergent and Clear shampoo.
