Scoot moves creative business to Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore

SINGAPORE - Scoot, the long-haul low-cost arm of the Singapore Airlines Group, has appointed Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore as creative agency following an open tender to agencies issued in July.
