Sanya hosts China Brain Summit 2007

The Brain Summit is a highprofile event for Emergenetics International as it brings together
the international community of trainers, educators and business people who rely on the product
for three days of expert-led sessions focused on maximising the results of Emergenetics.

Challenges
There were some challenges that occurred in the planning for the event, many of which centred on the distance gap between those planning the event in Denver in the US and where it was being held in Sanya, China.
The time difference was a potential issue, but both the Hilton Sanya staff and the planners at Emergenetics International worked through this by conducting most business and correspondences via email.

Execution
The theme of the three-day China Brain Summit was ‘East Meets West’.
An opening cocktail reception kick-started the China Brain Summit 2007.
Based on the direction and inspiration of the staff at Hilton Sanya Resort and Spa, the
reception was themed in colours that were designed to portray the seven Emergenetics attributes.
The following day a morning session featured a ceremonial lion dance followed by a ribboncutting ceremony with Geil Browning, the founder and CEO of Emergenetics International.
Each activity was developed to accommodate all conference attendees and focused on diverse
topics. Each meeting break included a tea ceremony, expert-led yoga and tai chi classes, and food and beverages.

Verdict
“What an experience. I cannot express how pleased I am with our time at the Hilton Sanya
Resort and Spa,” says Browning.

experience.”
