The planned area covers 10.3 sq km with Baishiling to its north, Kanyang Bay to its south, Liudao Fishing Port to its west, and Yalong Bay to its east.
The development will include a dock area for yachts, nine hotels and independent residence areas.
The nine hotels cover and area of 97,6000 sqm and will offer a total of 651 rooms. These will
be designed with different features such as themes of beach and yacht.
In addition, the planned area also will have two business service centres.
