The 26 year-old singer-song writer will spearhead Samsung’s youth-focused activities – particularly this summer’s World Cyber Games at which the Korean electronics giant is a sponsor. Samsung will use the event to launch its new LCD gaming monitor, the 226CW, which will be available to order from Samsung booths. While there, Lin will take part in the Samsung-JJ Lin Gaming Challenge and lead the Samsung Elite team in a competitive PC and console gaming duel with local gamers.
The tie-up is not Lin’s first foray into brand endorsements. He has also appeared in Sprite and Pringle commercials, and for Singapore Tourism.
