Samsonite to sponsor CNN travel feature

GLOBAL - Samsonite is set to sponsor a new CNN feature series, 'My City, My Life' , signaling a departure from its traditional association with the organisation, which has been largely based on TV spots.

The programme, which makes its debut next month, will see celebrities detailing the highlights of their favourite cities around the globe.

The sponsorship is a continuation of the brand’s long-standing global ‘Life is a Journey’ campaign, and an effort to raise brand awareness among a wider audience of upscale consumers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America via TV and online.

Other brands to have forged an association with CNN include Rolex, Omega, Breitling and Audemars Piguet.
