GUANGZHOU - Saatchi & Saatchi Guangzhou has hired Ogilvy & Mather creative partner Ng Fan (pictured) to fill the position of executive creative director left vacant since predecessor Polly Chu moved to JWT earlier this year. He will take up the position in July and report to China CEO Pully Chau.
