According to jury chairman, DDB chairman and CCO Bob Scarpelli, the campaign was the clear Grand Prix winner from the first round of judging.
“It is very impressive, particularly when you consider it is the household category. It proves that you can do great creative work for difficult clients. This campaign achieved the highest scores in every round of judging.”
The region as a whole brought home four golds, seven silvers and 12 bronzes.
The gold winners included Leo Burnett Bangkok’s Clima Bicycle Lock, Ogilvy & Mather Singapore’s Hospice Care Awareness campaign, Ogilvy & Mather Bangkok’s WWF Thailand campaign and Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore’s ‘Pet adoption’ work for Thai SPCA.
A total of 12 golds, 24 silvers and 26 bronze Lions were presented at the awards ceremony.
