Rylance resigns from Burson-Marsteller again

ASIA-PACIFIC - Burson-Marsteller Asia-Pacific chairman Bill Rylance (pictured) has resigned from the agency for the second time in less than two years, bringing a 26-year relationship with the WPP firm to a close.
