Hong has more than 18 years of marketing communication experience and is recognised as an expert in brand building, CRM and data analytics. Prior to joining On-Target, Hong was with the Foetus Group for 8 years and was a pioneer in the setting-up and development of Rapp Malaysia. She has previously worked on projects for a clutch of blue chip clients for BMW, Mcdonalds,MAS, Carlsberg ,Dutch Lady and Nestle.
