Results International, a firm assisting ad agencies with mergers
and acquisitions, and sister company Kefford Low & Associates (KL&A), a
recruitment firm, plan to branch out of Singapore and establish a
representative office in Shanghai.
Shanghai was chosen over Hong Kong because Mr Andrew Kefford,
Asia-Pacific president of Results International and director of KL&A,
believes Shanghai will become the gateway into China.
"We've decided to go straight to Shanghai (because that's) where the
action will be in future," he said. He said multinational agencies are
investing heavily in Shanghai to woo clients who are moving their
regional marketing departments there to tap the China market.
