Region's consumers eager for IT etiquette
Almost two thirds of the region's consumers believe digital devices should come with user etiquette manuals, according to a recent survey by global research firm, Synovate. <BR><BR> Covering more than 3000 respondents across China, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia and Thailand, the study revealed that mobile phones overwhelmingly topped the list of devices 'most likely to be used impolitely' at 40 per cent, with portable gaming devices a distant second at 13 per cent. <BR><BR> According to the survey, the most annoying habit was talking loudly on mobile phones (42 per cent), talking on a mobile during a movie (22 per cent) and answering calls during business meetings (16 per cent).
