Region stars with two Grand Clios
Asia-Pacific has walked away with two Grand Clios at the awards in Miami, with Dentsu taking the best in show prize for the Content & Contact category and TBWA scooping the top award for Innovative Media. <BR><BR> Dentsu took the Content & Contact Grand Clio for its elaborate 'Fill the city with questions' campaign for internet portal Goo. TBWA meanwhile continued its run of award-winning work for adidas (pictured), with its bungee simulation 'Be the ball' from New Zealand office TBWA\Whybin picking up the Grand Clio in Innovative Media. <BR><BR> The TV Grand Clio went to Wieden + Kennedy London for its epic Honda work 'Impossible Dream', 'Dreams' and 'Choir', making 2006 the third year running the agency has picked up best of show for ads with the same client, an unprecedented feat. <BR><BR> Meanwhile, for the second year in a row, Crispin Porter + Bogusky was named Agency of the Year while TBWA\Worldwide collected Network of the Year honours. <BR><BR> TBWA also picked up the Print/Poster Grand Clio for TBWA\Paris' 'Head' print ad created for Sony PlayStation, while Miami's Crispin Porter + Bogusky garnered a Grand Clio in Integrated Media for its 'MOTORmate' campaign for Mini.
