RedCard ramps up team in Singapore

Ogilvy RedCard has confirmed a raft of new appointments, following the ascension of CEO David Mayo to become regional VP of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising (Media, December 16, 2005).

With day-to-day management now in the hands of general manager Robert Doswell, the agency has named Prashant Ramachandran to head planning duties. Ramachandran relocates from Ogilvy & Mather India, where he was regional planner. In addition RedCard has also hired Siow Yune Goh as project manager, from a previous position of senior account executive at Bates. Meanwhile, ex-freelancer Lauren Tan takes on a junior art director role. "What you've got are the three of us trying to push things forward," said Doswell of the trio of himself, Ramachandran and RedCard ECD Jed Donohoe. "We're going to grow this year at a far slower rate -- we're just buttoning down procedures and processes, making us a bit slicker again."
