Leading the firm’s Agency Consulting facility will be Sally Warren as general manager. According to R3 principal Shu Fen Goh, Warren will be responsible for building on the work conducted over the past two years in terms of agency image assessment to provide clients with objective advice. Goh said that while the initial focus will be on China and India, the company would “potentially bring the same study to more markets” in the region.
She explained that the tie-up with Madrid-based Grupo Consultores, which has 18 years of experience in agency image consulting, would enable the implementation of best practice from Europe in Asia.
