R3 sees more and more decisions
ANALYSIS: R3 continues to see more and more new business decisions involving procurement people in Asia. A study this month in the US identified 18 of the top 25 marketers using their procurement department in the front line of agency discussions. David Bell, CEO of Interpublic, best sums up this trend: "Procurement is now a fact of life. Learn to live with it. And learn to help them understand our business."
