Quah joins Naga as managing director

<P>Naga DDB has named Quah Seng Chit as managing director of the agency, following the promotion of Alan Lim to chairman (Media, 7 April).</P> <P>Quah joins after two years at Euro RSCG, where he headed the agency and worked as regional brand director on Volvo. Prior to Euro, Quah worked at McCann Erickson in Shanghai, JWT in Hong Kong and Leo Burnett Malaysia.</P> <P>"I have no doubt Chit's appointment will add to Naga's existing capacity as an industry leader," said Naga DDB group executive chairman Vincent Lee. "His appointment will further strengthen Naga's ability to offer you the best-in-class brand and advertising solutions."</P> <P>Lim confirmed that general manager Andrew Leong is to  leave the agency. Leong's departure follows a management restructure that saw upward moves for Lim and Lee. </P>
