McCann UK, appointed by the airline as global creative agency of record in 2021, was behind the "Let's fly" campaign in 2022, which followed travellers around the world along a red line.
BBD Perfect Storm works with Qatar Airways on its Privilege Club loyalty programme and Qatar Duty Free, and is unaffected by the review.
McCann UK and Qatar Airways declined to comment.
