Qais will work with Responsys to improve its targeted email and mobile marketing offerings for clients such as Sony, Brother and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
"In order to be effective, marketers need to deliver high-impact, perfectly timed communications that engage consumers through multiple channels," said Robert Stanley, MD of Responsys Asia.
Tripti Lochan (pictured left), newly-promoted CEO of Qais Consulting, added: "The Responsys platform simplifies the execution and tracking of marketing activities, enabling our team to focus on strategy that drives ROI and goes beyond measuring the superficial performance, such as open or click-through rates, to measure the cost of revenue by region."
Lochan, who joined as EVP of sales and delivery in 2005 and helped to grow the interactive agency’s billings from S$140,000 to S$7.9 milllion (US$5.8 million) by the end of 2007, will be looking to expand the company internationally in her new role.
Qais’ founder, Keith Timimi (pictured right), has assumed the role of chairman and is currently recruiting a Singapore head of office to expand its local operations.
