Publicis veterans to lead American agency in China

SHANGHAI - Former Publicis China executives Neil Hardwick (pictured) and Simon Hicks are to spearhead the launch of American advertising agency LarsonO'Brien/Dashi in China, with new offices rolling out in Shanghai and Beijing.
