Publicis lures Wang from M&C Saatchi in China

In response, M&C Saatchi has promoted Angela Hsu to GM and has appointed Martin Ramirez and James Peng as joint CDs.

M&C Saatchi Asia president and CEO Kim Walker also noted that he would be increasing his involvement in China this year.
