The agency will become aligned with Publicis PR network Manning Selvage & Lee, which has also named Glenn Osaki (pictured) as regional president. The Shanghai-based Osaki was previously senior director. Hanmer represents a range of clients, including Network 18, Bharti Axa, Emirates and General Motors, and also includes events and advertising capabilities.
