Publicis buys up marketing shop Gravitas in Japan

TOKYO: Publicis has acquired a full stake in public relations and marketing services agency Gravitas for an undisclosed sum and plans to change the name of the business in April to Publicis-Dialog and house it with its ad agency Publicis Japan.
