Publicis Beijing appoints ECD

BEIJING - Publicis Beijing has appointed Keat Soh (pictured), previously creative consultant at McCann Worldgroup Hong Kong, as ECD. He will report to China CEO Sheena Jeng and MD Wendy Tseng.
