Kharat - who joins from Roger Pereira Communications - will be based in Mumbai, and ex-Hewlett-Packard staffer Goyal joins the New Delhi office.
The appointments bring the number of new hires to 10 over recent months.
According to Zacharia James, managing director of Text 100 India, these moves were made to not only support the increase in mandates but also to prepare for next year. "In line with our growth and priorities for the new financial year (from August to July), we have made several hires over the last few months and continue to be in hiring mode. Among the new ones, Kharat has a finance background and total experience of eight years in the industry, while Goyal, who has six years of experience, was previously with an IT firm."
Text's three India offices have won briefs from Nokia, Xerox, Acer and ICICI One Source. "In the new financial year, Text's focus will be the growth of our people and business, looking at specific initiatives that include entering new markets/verticals and introducing new practices and products," said James.
