Public Relations: Microsoft hands Singapore brief to Upstream Asia

SINGAPORE: Microsoft Singapore has selected Upstream Asia as its agency-of-record, following a multi-agency pitch. While Microsoft would not comment on the agencies involved, it is believed that both Edelman and Golin/ Harris pitched for the business.
