Public Relations: Ariba picks Text to evangelise its USP to key target

NEW DELHI: Spend management solutions company Ariba India has chosen Text 100 India as its public relations agency, to showcase the emerging role of enterprise spend management (ESM) and establish Ariba as the only provider of end-to-end solutions in this area.

"We were satisfied with our previous experience of association with Text 100, which had supported our R&D initiatives in Bangalore," said Ariba associate, corporate marketing and PR head, Sonal Bansal. "So we decided to carry the relationship forward (to support sales and marketing operations)."

Zacharia James, managing director of Text 100, said: "Our immediate tasks include generating awareness and educating audiences about ESM, establishing credibility for Ariba through success stories and building leadership for Ariba in the ESM space."

Text 100 Delhi general manager Rishi Seth added that the brief tasked it with providing proactive PR support in evangelising the ESM space and highlighting Ariba's dominance in this sector.

"Our role would be to help Ariba achieve its business objectives in India through an effective national public relations campaign which articulates the USP of the company among its target customers and influencers," said Seth.
