The account, which was previously handled by Ketchum Newscan, will see Shout assisting CPCNet in developing an ongoing programmes, including strategic advice, media relations, event management and literature production.

Shout said CPCNet's target media would include the telecommunications, business and technology media, in order to reach its preferred customer base of SMEs.
Shout has secured the retainer for one year.
CPCNet will continue to utilise the services of Coda Marketing Communications as its creative agency to oversee all advertising and marketing collaterals and MindShare as media specialist for media planning and buying.
