Modem Media's creative director, Glenn Barlett, said: "The idea is to enable users to get to the information or country specific site effortlessly, while still feeling that Prudential is truly listening and understanding. Modem Media was able to rebuild and prioritise the website so that users could navigate and find information with ease."
He added that brand and website usability were the focus on the new design.
Modem Media's clients include CitiBank, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
