Prudential site sports new look by Modem Media

Insurance company Prudential has revamped its regional regional website www.prudential-asia.com with creative based on the company's brand promise 'Always listen, always understand'.

Modem Media, which also handles Prudential's interactive business in the UK, revamped the site after winning the regional business based on its strategic creative concepts and its understanding of the Prudential brand, said Helena Lee, Modem Media's communications and client manager.

The website was developed as a navigation and regional portal, which directs users to Prudential's country-specific sites.

Modem Media's creative director, Glenn Barlett, said: "The idea is to enable users to get to the information or country specific site effortlessly, while still feeling that Prudential is truly listening and understanding. Modem Media was able to rebuild and prioritise the website so that users could navigate and find information with ease."

He added that brand and website usability were the focus on the new design.

Modem Media's clients include CitiBank, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
