Prudential searching for creative agency

KUALA LUMPUR - Prudential is searching for a creative agency to handle the RM4 million (US$1.2 million) advertising business for its Pru Link Income savings product.

Leo Burnett and McCann WorldGroup are expected to line-up with incumbent Ogilvy & Mather for the business, with a view to being awarded the entire account.

Prudential is a top three insurance company in Malaysia. With 22 per cent of the market it competes with frontrunner Great Eastern, which has 26 per cent share, and has announce plans to attack Malaysia's growing Islamic insurance market.
