Property developer hands brief to Ogilvy

MANILA - Ogilvy Philippines has secured the creative business of Brittany Crosswinds, one of the Philippines' largest property developers, without a pitch.

The agency has been briefed to promote the company’s 100-hectare Tagaytay property, targeting an upscale demographic segment.

The idea is to sell either Tagaytay’s land, a condo apartment or a semi detached property to well-heeled Filipinos. Ogilvy has since been awarded other projects for Brittany Crosswinds in a  booming property market.

Separately, Ogilvy has won the PR business for Jolibee’s Greenwich Pizza, also without a pitch.
