Hierholz, who will report to commercial director Derrick Chiang, takes on what is essentially a new position following Profero’s realignment around three regional hubs in New York, London and Shanghai. The group previously had one creative director based out of the UK.
Hierholz was most recently creative director at McCann Erickson in Canada, but boasts China experience through an earlier position with Nurun Interactive.
