PrimeCredit inks deal to use MEI's in-store screens

Consumer finance company PrimeCredit has signed up for MEI Digital Asia's point-of-sale signage service.

The company will set up MEI's 37-inch LCD screen at its Admiralty-based PrimeCredit store, with plans to introduce the screens into 14 outlets throughout Hong Kong. MEI will manage the system, including all content and technical support. The screen will run television commercials as well as in-store campaigns.

Current campaigns include holiday give-aways, SMS loan applications, lucky draws and fixed savings accounts, as well as two television commercials.

"This will be an ongoing relationship because we can look into other opportunities with the interactive digital screens," said Henry Yuen, PrimeCredits's marketing manager.
