Portland-Poster Publicity JV named Kinetic

WPP's Portland and Poster Publicity have named the outdoor company created by their merger Kinetic. The JV will have offices in key regional markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia, as well as the US and Europe. More markets are expected to be in place by the end of the year.
