Portland China chief departs

Portland China managing partner Louis Cheng is leaving WPP's outdoor unit in early August after two years in the role. Tony Ha, head of operations, and Thomas Chan, head of client service, will take charge of the network until a replacement is found. <BR> <BR> Sources said Cheng had been offered an opportunity to run a business with an equity stake.
