POAD wins HK parking meter tender
Outdoor advertiser POAD Special Projects has clinched the Hong Kong Government tender for parking meter advertising. <BR><BR> POAD chiefs said the account would give marketers access to an estimated 1.3 million motorists, in addition to pedestrians, with more than 10,000 meters in Hong Kong. It is believed five agencies tendered for the account, and there was no incumbent.
