Lau brings with him the MadAboutDesign brand, which will cease operations in Singapore and be positioned as a sub-brand to P&L in Greater China.
The design shop, which worked on government, corporate and not-for-profit clients for 13 years in Singapore, will offer creative, marketing and strategic communications plans. The move coincides with the appointment of assistant CD Vincen Mei, formerly creative manager at AD-push, and art director Alex Zhu.
P&L co-founder and managing partner Leon Choi said: “We are creating the PR and marketing consultancy of the future.”
The team will work on Dow, Same Deutz-Fhar and QiQianNian Art Center in Beijing, as well as P&L-retained clients.
