Pitcher will leave the agency after three years in the post.
The development follows the relocation of JWT international president Michael Maedel from London to Singapore in 2006.
Pitcher joined JWT in 2004, after departing his position as Saatchi & Saatchi Asia-Pacific CEO.
Pitcher spent 21 years at Saatchis in various roles across the agency’s global network.
