Philips Electronics is to review its estimated £100m-plus (US$187 million) global media planning and buying account, currently held by Aegis network Carat. <BR><BR> The advertiser is understood to be unhappy with the continuity of its global media message, and its lack of impact in some global markets. <BR><BR> Based in The Netherlands, the consumer electronics firm produces everything from the Cineos flat-screen HD-ready television to its iconic electric razors. <BR><BR> It employs an estimated 125,500 employees in more than 60 countries worldwide. <BR><BR> The creative account, currently held by Omnicom's DDB network, is unaffected by the review of media. <BR><BR> <a href="http://www.brandrepublic.com/home/article/599304/philips-electronics-reviews-global-media-account/">Click here for Brand Republic</a>
