PepsiCo sells majority stake of Vietnam beverage business to Suntory
HO CHI MINH CITY - Cola and snack food giant PepsiCo has finalised plans to sell 51 per cent of its beverage business in Vietnam to Japan’s Suntory Holdings Limited, the maker of drinks like Lyemon and Suntory Oolong Tea.
