The development sees Pepper leave Hong Kong for San Francisco after less than two years in his position.
The MRM regional director role will not be filled. Instead, a sub-regional structure has been put in place with China MD Jason Chau and Singapore MD Jen Faucon taking on oversight of Greater China and South Asia, respectively. They will each report into MRM Worldwide global president and COO Bill Kolb.
