HONG KONG The newly renovated Peak Tower has launched a new loyalty membership marketing programme, The Peak Club, offering year-round benefits and privileges to drive local residents to splash out often at the complex.
Managed by Insignia Marketing Solutions, the Peak Club is aiming to reach prospective members through telemarketing and its own staff of Peak Club Ambassadors. Priced at HK$1,388 (US$178), the Club touts savings of over HK$15,000 during one membership year.
"We do not compete with shopping malls in the city, as we offer fairly different experience: the panoramic views of the skycrapers and harbour and the nature, unique dining and entertainment," said Peak Tramways director of marketing May Tsang.
Club benefits include discounts at restaurants and shops.
