Pe shifts to Rapp Collins
DDB Philippines has moved executive creative director Roger Pe to help re-energise the local Rapp Collins operation. <BR><BR> Pe has brought his team of three writers and three art directors to Rapp Collins, where he has been appointed its chief creative officer.
