His comments come after Burson ended its six-month search for Bill Rylance’s successor by opting for Pangrazio - who was widely seen as the pick of the internal candidates. “I’ve been working with Bill shaping goals, so it’s very much an evolution of what we’ve been trying to achieve, looking at sustainable growth,” said Pangrazio.
“We’ll be looking at opportunities for geographic expansion in Asia.”
Pangrazio added that he is looking to put even more focus on the agency’s talent strategy. “Bill is handing over the reins to me with the business in a strong position. I know I need to meet expectations and move things along as quickly as we possibly can.”
