Pangrazio, currently regional MD for North Asia and head of the agency’s corporate/financial practice, will assume the new position on January 1, 2008.
The decision comes six months after Rylance resigned his position, before later accepting a new role as chairman of Asia-Pacific, and vice chairman for global development.
Pangrazio has spent the last 11 years of his career at B-M, since joining the firm in Melbourne, and has held senior roles in Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing and - his current base - Hong Kong.
