Panasonic shortlists three for media

KUALA LUMPUR - OMD, Dentsu and Universal McCann have been shortlisted for the final round of Panasonic's US$2.7 million media account, according to sources.

The pitch for the consolidated planning and buying business began in October (Media, 6 October), with seven agencies invited to submit their proposals: OMD, MEC, Dentsu, Starcom, Optimedia, Vizeum and Interface.

Previously the account was split amongst a roster which included Vizeum, Dentsu and OMD.

Final presentations will be made next week.
